The most profound of circumstances surrounding the most prolific artist in the last two millenniums became their latter inspirations to succeed. Ray Charles succumbed to a temporary drug addiction only to rise above the odds and continue to inspire musicians worldwide. Despite his childhood circumstances which left him blind, the star of his inspiration was the resounding reminders that blindness would never cripple his dreams if he pressed beyond doubt. The countless testimonies of career-oriented and successful individuals who overcame seemingly insurmountable odds are beacons of light to those of us who are focused and assured that we were born to serve a greater purpose.

Not every success story includes an audience of fans or supporters, however, it will usually include that one individual who believed beyond any whispers of doubt that you would succeed in your endeavors. You know that one special shoulder or voice or both, that cheers you on during those battles of mental fatigue. In most deemed success stories it was that parent which saw the best in that child or the spouse or friend who would become that tool which God used as His voice of encouragement, as well as the actions of that appointed star of inspiration which speak louder than their verbal support. 

Your journey to succeed may also include a stranger of success who will sort of waltz into your life and become a silent mentor. They may not inspire to inspire you, however, there are subtle words graced by a humility which sticks close to your heart.  Not every celebrity placed in your path is a door of opportunity to pursue your dreams, however, if you utilize the gift of communication you may just learn an inspirational thing or two.

There are vaults of examples to take in consideration when one considers the cost of stepping out in faith and becoming a designed sole purpose. The example of a songwriter who never experienced pain would have a hard time portraying healing in the lyrics of a song. Most suspense writers have either experienced firsthand the results of a murder investigation or they've interviewed the murderer. And, even if the information is appalling to the point of personal disgust, writing the story becomes the sole inspiration of the writer. And, you can best believe most authors dedicate entire books to that one honorable individual who cheered them on, even if multiple names were mentioned. 

The team of one is never a wise choice in pursuing goals or dreams, especially in the field of entertainment. Even though that committed star of your inspiration is not always readily available, the words of encouragement can surface at the most critical of moments. Whether that star of inspiration no longer exists in this earthly realm, the spirit of their words do. You have the gift to encourage yourself, however never forget God created teams of supporters, but you can only listen to one voice at a time. Find or pray about the one confidante who becomes that voice of reason and clarity when pursuing academic excellence, or visions of leadership in a greater the most capacity. The greatness appointed to those of us destined to accomplish greater than our humble or sometimes horrific beginnings may become a star of inspiration to the least expected.

Motivations

Ever thought of what your motivation in life should be? Whatever your motivation in life, let it at least exemplify; "for the good of mankind." Mind you not all of our goals in life will serve a humanitarian cause, but at least our purpose shouldn't cause hardship to others. Our motivations should relieve hardships to widows, children, our communities and those suffering hunger and disease relentlessly abroad if we follow the missionaries creed. However, the atheist, agnostic and the nation of Luciferians adhere to a different protocol.

Even the politically correct and the moral fiber, especially in the United States, has grown cold and amoral. "Every man for themselves," and the proverbial, "survival of the fittest." There will never be an easy way out or a generic solution which will alleviate any and all problems of such a diverse and wicked generation. As was before Christ' descent to earth and post His marvelous and unprecedented acts to save His beloved, the evolution of wickedness continues as a spiritual pandemic.

Actually, even the pulpits can't offer the perfect solution to today's quickened degradation. God did not inspire men to record His Word to magically alleviate humanities sufferings. However, there are guides of subtle relief, if applied with diligence and commitment. Reading the Bible with a closed heart, and an analytical mind makes for confusion to the reader. However, those who seek not just answers to their personal loss of hope, but also the spiritual validity of what has been repeated throughout the ages as though the scriptures are authored primarily by man, will find comfort and the will to adjust to any situation. Life will go on, and one's journey will continue whether they wish to participate godly or not. The innate will to thrive is embedded in the heart of humanity, and the soul is remiss without a spiritual initiative. The problem arises when one chooses to ignore the righteousness appointed to mankind through the undeniable resurrection of Christ.

So, the question will always surface when we halt between two opinions; what's your motivation, and why pursue any journey in life that will not validate you? But, who are you? The answer lays within, not just the psyche of mankind void of a spiritual rebirth, but more so within the predestined will of God to answer that very question. Humanity is the fruit of God's love and will to introduce Himself to an extension of Himself. We are made in His image. Though we pilgrimage through maze after maze of trickery and deception as a house of mirrors in our personal pathways, we can always depend on a light to guide us through; God! The ultimate motivation in life is finding ourselves within God. Everything else will concur to God's predestined will.

Long live the human race

As it is with the ecosystem, the animal kingdom, and many aspects of life; "something must die so something else can live." A seed must die to bear fruit, and the Bible declares; "13For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. Romans 8.

If the wild doesn't kill to feed their young, they will die and the genesis of extinction rears its relentless head. However, in the recent devastating turn of events in especially the United States, we are tormented with the peril of humanity dying due to a breach in compassion for children, the elderly, and the poor, who we might add will always incorporate their needs into the fabric of society. Our latest disgust with the current administration and its dialogue of federal cuts to the daily supplements of survival will only prolong suffering and provoke "survival of the fittest. The greedy are masked as needy, and the needy are devoured by the antics of the greedy. It's a doggy-dog world, huh? 

The pursuit of happiness has become the pursuit of, "by any means necessary" to survive the madness of the system. Working families with only two children are caged in that purgatorial gray area. The wickedness of the ever evolving idiocracy will never cease to ride the backs of the working class, blue color-barely making it liberal. To be considered a conservative in today's political fanfare, one must respect the code of "gimme more," fuel to ignite discord and disharmony within the ranks of the people. Well, at least in the current flow of bigotry. Actually, the head-idiot-in-charge is the most powerless leader in the free world, and the "most likely to screw up" western civilization as we knew it. And with that comes the unamended rights of the people to prepare to defend our integrity to vote against every legislative bill which empowers the current leaders sitting on the Hill. 

Something must politically die so something decent and morally sane can live. It's not only real praying-time, it's also real "getting off our do-nothing stool," and seek the will of God time. His will provokes vigilance and spiritual vision to come to the aid of those which will be most affected by the proposed budget cuts. Christiandome must kill the religiosities of church doctrines and revive the true mission of the body of Christ. We must die to self and resurrect the mission plans of the first Apostles anointed by our still powerful Holy Spirit. Why pray for a hungry man, when you have the common sense to feed a hungry man, considering you may be one paycheck away from ongoing hunger. God demands we love in action. 

Some "things," must die so society can live.  Long live the human race.

Rain Coats

Thank God for the rain, but woe to the storms. Actually, if the earth was relieved of even catastrophic storms nature couldn't dispose of natural refuse and carcasses. However human we are; however unrelenting adrenaline junkies are, we all fear the earth's uninhibited atmospheric phenomenon.

As with the natural order of planet earth called to order by God, humankind mirrors all creation in some form or fashion. Our storms consist of trials or tribulation specially formulated to strengthen our spiritual resolve, as well as cleanse our souls of spiritual dead weight. God in all of His unprecedented blueprints of each human being ever born of His will, has created subtle reminders through nature, that all things were created by Him, for Him and through Him. Colossians 1:16For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. 

Life mandates; something must die so something else can live. We must die to self. So it's fair to say that our storms cleanse, provoke reconstruction to better maneuver through life's many seasons.

Without lightning, before the rains devoured the earth, nature would die of thirst. As with humankind we benefit and stand in harm's way due to the powerful effect of this beneficial source. Even the heart of mankind; primarily the physiology of this life-sustaining muscle operates by an electrical system which regulates heartbeats by which the absence thereof limits or terminates life.

There are too many descriptions and comparisons of how the earth sustains life and destroys life within the blink of a human eye. As with the storms of life which may produce drowning in a night of tears and pain enough to flood our souls with relief from indescribable pain. The mornings of life and the darkness of our worst nights create spiritual life and death simultaneously. Yet, the earth wasn't given spiritual abilities to guide man. Spiritual awakenings are gifts from God. Be it evil or good. Most times our spiritual hardware is flawed and in dire need of readjustments, upgrades, viruses and malware, which brings salvation to the table of discussion. Exactly what is the Holy Spirit and how or why is the absence of this mandatory attribute such a big deal to navigate life's uncertainties? Simple, right? Well, not according to humanity. It's the human side of creation which rejects spiritual correctness, yet will embrace the will to do evil or wrong.

Whether we don spiritual rain coats to weather the storms of life or shed a flood of tears to relieve the fires of pain and hurt, we can rest assured that God has given His every creation divine protection. Our compass in the person of the Holy Spirit will guide us through every aspect of life. The earth within God's boundless universe(s) will evolve as ordered, rotate or experience showers of cosmic phenomena, we are still indebted to our Creator for being our ever present Refuge in the time of storms.

Pres. Obama was interviewed recently, and though I wasn't surprised by his response to a highly controversial issue, I was disappointed. Pres. Obama stated; "Folks need to mind their business when it concerns LGBT community and same-sex marriage."
Actually, I was minding my business when transgender individuals feel it's fine to impose on my right to utilize a SAME SEX public restroom. There isn't a PSYCHIATRIST or PSYCHOLOGIST, or hormone powerful enough to alter the works of GOD!
I was minding my business when employers and schools now mandate "sensitivity training," for those individuals transitioning to the opposite sex. Author; Michael L. Brown, Ph.D., from the article; "The Great Gay Deception," writes; " And fourth, we must stand firmly against the encroachment of gay activism, recognizing the unspoken mantra of LGBT activists is, “We will intimidate and manipulate until you capitulate.” We must make it known clearly—with love, grace, compassion and humility—that capitulation is not an option."
We are all responsible, as Christian Believers to live according to God's Word, not according to what society deems legal, civil or fair.
